This skilled role requires an experienced individual to carry out the following roles & responsibilities:
> Assit the sales team by providing 'take offs' of scaled drawings detailing all floor finish requirements for any tenders received.
> From these drawings the sales team are able to obtain all the necessary information, such as total net areas of materials to be installed and total gross quantities to be ordered including waste percentages. This allows our sales team to provide the most competitive and accurate quotations for our clients.
> Assist sales team by reviewing specifications & floor finishes schedules received to determine any missing information that might be required to complete tenders received.
> Assist the operations team by reviewing and processing any revised drawings received from clients / architects.
> Assist operations team by reviewing and processing any revised specifications & floor finishes schedules received. This is critical to ensure that the correct products and amounts are ordered post revision. Delays in processing this information can result in longer lead times for materials thus affecting the scheduled works onsite.
> Provide key coded as built drawings at the completion of a project for use in the 'Operations & Maintenance Manuals' provided to the end user for each contract undertaken.
> Provide detailed drawings including any specific patterns or layouts requested to floor operatives for use onsite.
> Assist Commercial Director by providing the necessary drawings detailing works completed on each contract at month end. These are used to complete monthly valuations and are provided to the client to help clearly illustrate works completed at any given date.
> Produce Operations & Maintenance Manuals for all contracts.
