Contract Managers

Under the overall leadership of the Contracts Director, our Contracts Managers undertake the following roles & responsibilities:

> Have experience in the floor industry including a good knowledge & understanding of all aspects of sub-floor preparation & floor finishes.

> Provide a single point of contact for client once order has been received.

> Offer recommendations and solutions to any problems encountered once onsite.

> Liaise with Site Managers on a regular basis to ensure that works are carried out in line with clients programme and handover deadlines.

> Procure necessary materials in line with project deadlines.

> Take overall responsibility for Health & Safety of floor operatives on site including completion of all necessary method statements, risk & COSHH assessments prior to commencing works onsite.

> Responsible for controlling labour force onsite.

> Process floor operatives weekly timesheets in conjunction with Commercial Director.

> Work in conjunction with Commercial Director to produce month end valuations & invoices.

> Work in conjunction with Design Technician to ensure that all drawings are kept up to date and maintained throughout the duration of the project.
